I finished the course last week. Can I register the company before I receive the certificate?
Better not. The procedure funds companies founded by course graduates, so the company must be registered after the date of the completion certificate. A company registered earlier can be rejected at the eligibility check.
The right order: certificate → register the SRL → apply for funding.
Is a 2,300 lei laptop an eligible cost?
Not as equipment. Since April 2026, tangible assets are eligible only if each one is worth at least 2,500 lei.
The exceptions are the electronic signature, setting up the company, tablets, mobile phones and information plaques – a laptop is not one of them.
