Who is responsible

The data controller is Stefan Poenaru, Romania.

The eligibility checker

• The calculation runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us.
• To let you continue later, your answers are saved only on your device (browser storage). "Start again" deletes them.
• A share link carries your answers after the # sign, which browsers do not send to the server. Only the people you give the link to can see them.
• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). As with any website, the hosting provider briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse.

Notifications (if you sign up)

• What we store: your e-mail address, language, the topics you ticked, the program you came from, and the date and version of the consent text you agreed to.
• Why: only to e-mail you about the topics you ticked.
• Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect messages sent before.
• Where: Microsoft Azure Table Storage in a data centre in the European Union.
• How long: until you withdraw consent, and at most 3 years after your last sign-up.
• Your IP address is used only briefly to block automated mass sign-ups and is not stored.
• We do not sell or share the list and we do not build profiles.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
